East Stroudsburg, PA - Part-time, Full-time, Weekends and Weekdays Experience in Home Care and Current Drivers License
Stroudsburg, PA - Part-time, Full-time, Weekends and Weekdays - Experience with dementia and current drivers license
Pocono Lake, Pa - Part-time, Weekdays - Experience with Dementia and current drivers license

Traditional Home Care , a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, is seeking reliable direct support staff to provide o ne-on-one non medical care to our intellectually disabled clients. #TRD

Job duties include: (experience required)

• Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Companionship
• Light housekeeping and chores
• Respecting the patient's privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Assist in providing a safe environment for client
• Meeting individual goals and outcomes
• Taking clients for community outings and activities

Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:

This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act , which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours. Candidates must be comfortable using smartphones or tablets if not provided and must have reliable internet access to meet these requirements.
