Graphic Visual Software Illustrator Charlottesville, VA Summary Provide graphic design and production support services in the Multimedia Production Support Team, supporting DoD operations. Must deliver comprehensive design, production, and administrative support for videos, graphics, and photographic production, while maintaining data integrity and meeting contractual reporting requirements. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive design, product consultation, and production services for videos, graphics, and photographic production. Provide on‑site graphic support primarily at the main customer site. Provide occasional alternate or satellite site support and/or travel as required. Provide on‑site support during standard business hours or contractually mandated core hours. Provide occasional support outside core hours or on weekends as needed. Respond to requests for graphic services production support. Manage graphic data, maintain system integrity, catalog image files, and sustain network‑stored digital production files for archival retrieval. Manage graphics service production administration: monitor schedules, assign, manage, and track status of work order requests. De‑conflict and resolve scheduling issues, establishing archival hardcopy continuity books. Support extraordinary operations planning, including high‑visibility and Continuity of Operations (COOP) events requiring graphic support. Attend planning meetings, training, and after‑action reviews and provide detailed meeting minutes. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly equipment and system troubleshooting, operations checks, and services. Secure office and equipment as required. Generate and comply with customer organization and contractual reporting requirements (daily, weekly, monthly, non‑recurring, and special reports). Perform quality control and assurance processes and procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned, demonstrating proficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail. Record labor hours daily. Travel 10% as required. Qualifications BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience or high school diploma/GED with 9+ years of relevant experience. Additional certifications in Graphics Design (Adobe, etc.) may be treated as 2+ years of additional experience each. Must be a U.S. citizen. TS/SCI clearance required. Successfully pass background and drug screening. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge, Lightroom, InCopy, Acrobat Pro XI). Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Publisher, Outlook). Proficient in the operation of graphic production equipment (large format laminators, printers, computerized engravers, mat cutters). Familiar with AR 25‑1 and DoD Pam 25‑91. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to attend all customer in‑person meetings and conferences as requested. Ability to multitask in a high‑stress, performance‑based environment. Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines. Maintain a high level of integrity and accountability.
