- Medical Director/Urologist
- 2 RNs
- Medical Assistants
- Surgery Schedulers
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 60-90 days
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, DEA
- Licensure: Active California NP license required
- Experience: Urology experience required
