We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our expanding team. About the Role Our providers deliver on-site endocrine care to residents of skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout the Cincinnati area. You will manage patients with diabetes, thyroid disease, and other common endocrine conditions while collaborating closely with facility nursing teams, primary care providers, and administration.
