In-Home Caregiver / Personal Care Aide – Royal Oak, MI | Now Hiring | CareOne Senior Care

Position Overview

CareOne Senior Care is seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to assist a client relocating to the Royal Oak area who will require ongoing daytime and overnight support. This is a great opportunity to provide consistent, one-on-one care in a supportive home environment while making a meaningful difference in a client’s daily life.

Current Shift Availability

Day shifts are available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with additional hours potentially available. Caregivers in this role will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing dementia and memory care support, ensuring safety and mobility supervision, and offering companionship and reassurance. Additional support with household tasks and meal assistance may also be required depending on client needs.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay typically ranges from $14–$16 per hour, with higher pay available for specialty care cases. Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement for approved driving, supplemental insurance options, Verizon Wireless discounts, and access to free caregiver training resources.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

We are looking for caregivers who are reliable, compassionate, and professional, with the ability to assist with personal care and transfers. Strong communication skills, dependability, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation are required. All candidates must pass a background screening.

Farmington Hills, Novi, Livonia, Canton, Plymouth, Southfield, Rochester, Ann Arbor, Dearborn, and surrounding communities.
