Overview Seeking a results-driven Regional Property Manager to oversee the performance of a portfolio of apartment communities. This role is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue, managing budgets and financial performance, supporting onsite teams, and ensuring operational excellence across assigned properties. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong financial acumen, multi-site management experience, and a proven ability to improve asset performance. This position partners closely with executive leadership and ownership to deliver consistent results while developing high-performing teams. Key Focus Areas Leadership and development of Community Managers and onsite teams Budget oversight, reporting, and variance management Operational standards and compliance Property visits, performance reviews, and strategic planning Multi-site property management experience required.
