Phlebotomist – Full Time (40 hours per week) Location: 323 Lowell Street, Andover, MA (Onsite) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Pay: $20.90 – $25.28 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated full-time Phlebotomist to collect and process blood specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring quality and patient safety. Sign‑on bonus: $3,000.00. Essential Functions Obtains blood samples using a variety of phlebotomy methods for all age groups. Ensures accurate patient identification, specimen labeling, processing, handling, and transportation. Communicates effectively with patients and care teams, explaining procedures and addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. Handles sharps and biohazardous materials in accordance with regulatory requirements. Works fluently with computer programs and systems, and complies with HIPAA regulations. Performs other test administration and specimen collection duties as assigned. Complies with all institutional policies and standards. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
