Weekend premium pay of $2.50 per hour for Saturday and Sunday shifts.

Base pay can reach up to $19.75 per hour.

The Small Engine Technician will be tasked with diagnosing and repairing a variety of outdoor small engine products, including chainsaws, snowblowers, lawnmowers, UTVs, and ATVs. Providing outstanding customer service is a key aspect of this role.

• Diagnose and repair small engine outdoor power equipment and recreational vehicles.
• Deliver exceptional service and enhance the shopping experience for customers.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading products, locating parts, and addressing repair inquiries.
• Document repairs on work orders and track units within the shop.
• Complete and file work orders efficiently.
• Assist with warranty claims and ensure timely filing.
• Communicate with customers regarding the completion dates of their repairs.
• Participate in training sessions and seminars for repair technicians.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Experience in small engine and/or automotive maintenance.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills.
