As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality physical therapy services to our residents. Physical Therapy Assistant Responsibilities Conduct screenings of residents as scheduled for referral to Physical Therapist Contribute objective data to Physical Therapists as allowed by scope of practice Provide Physical Therapy treatment to residents when indicated per the plan of care Actively engage and contribute to the success of the rehab department, IDT, and facility success Physical Therapy Assistant Qualifications Minimum of Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assisting from an accredited program A current Florida PTA License Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Must be computer/tech-savvy Benefits PER DIEM flexible schedules EXCELLENT hourly rates starting at $35.00 + for Shore Acres Continuing Education Allowance Professional License Reimbursement Weekly Pay Holiday Pay About Us At Shore Acres Care Center, we are committed to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest.
