Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity providing essential occupational therapy services in a school setting near Seattle, WA. Bring your expertise to support K-12 students, helping them achieve their educational goals and enhance daily living skills throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

You’ll work exclusively onsite, collaborating with educators and a multidisciplinary team to facilitate student growth. Manage a manageable caseload of up to 30 students and make a lasting impact from August 17, 2026, to June 16, 2027.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Washington Occupational Therapy (OT) Licensure/Certification is required
• Must have completed fingerprinting through OSPI prior to start
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric OT role is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to tailor interventions for a diverse K-12 population
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to supporting inclusion and access within the educational environment

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to determine OT needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct occupational therapy interventions as identified in IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents to optimize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, goal-setting, and progress reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district and state requirements
• Support classroom modifications and offer staff development as needed
