Role Summary and Impact

This role is within WPP Media, where you will be instrumental in driving communications, adoption, and enablement across Google’s global account. You’ll help employees discover and use an expanding ecosystem of AI agents and workflows across WPP Open and Google Workspace. You’ll translate complex AI and agent concepts into clear, relevant communications, manage recurring newsletters and agency-wide conversations, and maintain the Google Workspace experience within WPP Open.

You’ll join the Integrated AI Solutions team within the Google business, working closely with Google stakeholders, Data and Technology Services, the WPP Open product team, subject matter experts, and agency teams. This is an opportunity to shape how a large global organization understands and adopts emerging technology, while helping make AI more accessible, practical, and valuable for employees. You’ll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, build engagement, and turn user feedback into meaningful enablement and communications initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own internal communications for AI agents and related capabilities across Google’s global account, ensuring employees receive timely, clear, and relevant information.
• Manage the agency’s fortnightly AI and agent newsletter, including content planning, editorial development, stakeholder coordination, and distribution.
• Help shape relevant content for the monthly client newsletter, highlighting useful tools, emerging capabilities, success stories, and practical applications.
• Maintain the Google Workspace within WPP Open, including user management, homepage updates, content accuracy, and current “need to know” information.
• Gather information about newly created agents and translate their purpose, use cases, and value into accessible communications for relevant audiences.
• Track adoption and usage trends, investigate why engagement has increased, declined, or stalled, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
• Host and facilitate recurring agency-wide AI and agent sessions that encourage participation, knowledge sharing, and discovery.
• Design and coordinate enablement activities, including training sessions, user guides, focus groups, interviews, surveys, and other interventions that support adoption.
• Build trusted relationships across the agency, recognize employee contributions, and maintain an effective feedback loop between users and the Integrated AI Solutions team.
• Curate relevant internal and external AI thought leadership to help employees understand emerging developments and their practical implications.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, marketing, business, technology, change management, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in internal communications, employee engagement, digital adoption, change management, technology communications, or a related field.
• Experience creating and managing internal communications for a large organization, agency, technology environment, or transformation initiative.
• Strong writing, editing, and editorial judgment, with the ability to make complex information clear and accessible.
• Experience supporting adoption of a platform, tool, process, or organizational transformation initiative.
• Ability to interpret usage data, investigate adoption trends, and connect quantitative findings with qualitative user feedback.
• Experience developing newsletters, content calendars, announcements, presentations, user guides, or enablement materials.
• Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse audiences and levels of seniority.
• Ability to manage digital workspace content, user access, homepage information, and communications with a high level of accuracy.
• General understanding of artificial intelligence, AI agents, and emerging technology, with experience learning and communicating unfamiliar technical concepts. Experience with enterprise AI platforms, digital adoption tools, or community engagement programs preferred.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $75,000—$180,000 USD
