Graduate from PLACE Launch. Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly. Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes. Write and negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers. Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology & Playbooks. Conduct two open houses monthly. Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments. Practice scripts and team standards weekly. Participate in team activities per standards. Commit to morning huddles, weekly coaching sessions, trainings, and partner calls. Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes. Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing related services. Qualifications Team player. Hold an active, good‑standing real estate professional license. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Learning‑based, growth‑mindset. Organized. Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues. Excellent time‑management skills. Industry experience preferred.
