Job SummaryAs the Data Product Manager you will be responsible for designing and managing the implementation of data platforms and data-driven products. The DPM will use data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to inform product strategy and deliver business impact through data-powered insights and features. Key duties include identifying data needs, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), building data pipelines, and working closely with data analysts and engineers to deliver valuable data platforms and products. Trusted by more than tens of thousands of healthcare practitioners and all major life sciences companies, they have powered millions of educational exchanges between healthcare teams and life sciences companies.Primary ResponsibilitiesPartner with key stakeholders to understand internal and external (client) data needs and logicFind opportunities to use data to improve existing products and create new product offeringsDefine the data strategy for new and existing data platforms and products - integrate rd party data, client data, and internal data into a cohesive wholeDevelop data-driven product roadmaps and prioritize features based on data insights - may include performing scrum master and project management functionsEstablish clear KPIs and metrics to measure product success and data qualityWork closely with data engineers and data analysts to translate data insights into product features and functionality to design and implement data pipelines for data collection and processingAnalyze raw data to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insightsPerform data profiling to identify anomalies and inconsistenciesPerform trend analysis, forecasting, and variance reportingPartner with data analysts to identify complex data problems and develop advanced analytical modelsUtilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings to stakeholdersBridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring data is accessible and understood by all stakeholdersPresent the results to the stakeholders up to executive level and guide them to make the best use of analytics in their domainDeliver high quality solutions and recommendations to a variety of problems both independently and through collaboration with team members and business partnersReconcile divergent demands from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environmentMentor junior team members on analytics, storytelling and communication best practicesInfluence and support the standards of excellence and best practices of analyticsEducation and ExperienceA minimum of years experience in data analytics and product managementBachelor's degree preferredStrong understanding of data warehousing, data pipelines, and data modeling conceptsProficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and data visualization techniquesFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with MDM solutionsAbility to translate data insights into actionable business strategies and decisionsUnderstanding of key business metrics and financial analysisExcellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex data findings to diverse audiencesAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience in product development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planningStrong customer focus and ability to understand user needsJ-18808-Ljbffr
