Bindery Folder Operator

Bindery Folder Operator First Shift We are seeking an experienced Folder Operator with at least three years of commercial bindery experience. This position is responsible for independently setting up, operating, adjusting, and troubleshooting folding equipment while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards. Preferred equipment experience includes the MBO B-30 with 8-page and 16-page units and hot-glue applicator, Horizon AFC-566FKT with knife-fold unit, Baum 714, and Martin Yale 2051. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively and safely in a fast-paced production environment.
