Our Team Values Adapt and Conquer Bring the Heat Build Strong Relationships Own the Process, Own the Outcome What You'll Do as a Superintendent Lead field crews and daily jobsite operations. Keep projects organized, safe, and on schedule. Communicate with project managers and subcontractors. Coach crews and maintain high-quality workmanship. Solve problems quickly and professionally. You can't motivate a crew. Qualifications 10 years in a construction supervisory role, preferably in sheet metal or HVAC. Proven crew and schedule management on commercial job sites. Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Strong knowledge of safety rules and compliance. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Able to pass a background check. Comfortable using digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Airtable). Overnight travel may be required. Ability to lead 30-50-man crews. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $90,000-$115,000 based on experience. Company vehicle or allowance. Health, dental, and vision insurance.
