Registered Behavior Technician ABA Therapist

About the Role Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
