LSV Asset Management - Compliance Analyst LSV Background LSV provides discretionary investment management services in portfolios of publicly-traded global equity securities to a variety of institutional investors and commingled investment funds utilizing the application of our proprietary quantitative investment model. Description of Position We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to work as a member of the compliance team and assist with client reporting and ongoing compliance functions. This position will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer. This role provides an opportunity to work on a lean team and partner cross‑functionally with legal and other functions to address a variety of different subject areas. Primary responsibilities will include: Reporting to mutual fund and other firm clients. Assisting with firm and mutual fund client regulatory filings. Monitoring and compliance with substantial shareholder rules. Maintaining firm compliance documentation, including the Compliance Manual and Code of Ethics, and related procedures such as trade pre‑clearance. Preparing responses to prospective client RFPs. This position requires working in office at our downtown Chicago headquarters. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the asset management industry or related fields. Strong oral and written communication skills. Detail oriented. A self‑starter with the ability to work independently and in a group setting. Strong analytical problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
