This is more than a job — it's a chance to work with advanced equipment, solve real problems, and make a visible impact every single day.What You'll Be DoingIn this hands-on role, you'll:Perform preventative maintenance to keep machines running efficientlyTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsDiagnose issues quickly and get equipment back up and runningConduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns before they happenUse schematics, tools, and technical documentation to solve complex problemsMaintain accurate maintenance records and logsPartner with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize outputIdentify improvements to boost reliability and reduce repeat issuesWhat We're Looking ForCore Skills:Strong troubleshooting experience in mechanical & electrical systemsHands-on experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenanceKnowledge of hydraulics and pneumaticsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manualsA safety-first mindsetBonus Points If You Have:Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPreventative or reliability-centered maintenance experienceA self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and on a teamClear communication skillsJob Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Georgetown, KY.Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
