CRM Data Specialist

Job Details Location: Cincinnati, OH 45241 Organization: Organized Living – a privately held company leading in home organization solutions, manufacturing high‑quality products and software, serving professionals nationwide. We offer a hybrid work model with 3 days in office and 2 remote days. Responsibilities Report directly to the Product Manager of Business Intelligence and CRM. Maintain, clean, and manage OL’s CRM platform, facilitating data entry and import. Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure the CRM supports sales and marketing strategies. Perform administrative work in Microsoft Dynamics365. Assist the marketing department with campaign automation through MS Click Dimensions. Filter, clean, and review data gathering processes to improve data integrity. Maintain all records, fields, forms, etc., within the CRM. Audit workflows and processes to ensure continuous functionality. Train or onboard new employees on how to use the CRM platform. Identify opportunities and provide recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Experience administering Microsoft Dynamics365 or a similar CRM platform. Strong understanding of data management, data quality, and database structure. Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets. Demonstrates urgency and attention to detail to manage the integrity of CRM data. Interest in growing skills in marketing analytics and CRM strategy. Ability to problem‑solve independently and meet deadlines. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
