What You'll Do:

• Master the Gross Room: Take ownership of gross dictation and examination for all surgical specimens.
• Visual Documentation: Capture high-quality specimen photography for critical diagnostic records.
• Advanced Coordination: Prepare complex tissue samples for specialized testing, including lymphoma phenotyping and quantitative studies.
• Safety & Compliance: Champion a culture of lab safety and data integrity, ensuring every patient's information is protected.

Who You Are:

• Certified Expert: You hold a Bachelor's degree in Pathologists' Assistant studies and are ASCP certified (or equivalent/CLIA eligible).
• Experienced or Emerging: You have 2+ years of experience OR you are a PA student nearing the completion of your formal training program.
• Continuous Learner: You stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with procedural changes and evolving laboratory best practices.
