All applicants must be 21 years of age or older and provide three professional references as part of the hiring process.General DescriptionUnder general supervision, performs assessment, development, implementation and oversight of behavior analytic interventions. This role functions within an interdisciplinary medical team and BCBA ensures treatment is evidence-based, individualized, and aligned with best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA), regulatory standards, and OU Health policies. Inability to perform these responsibilities, with or without an accommodation, may result in disqualification from the position.Aligns behaviors with OU Health values and maintains professional practice standards.Conduct comprehensive behavioral and functional assessments and interpret findings to inform individualized, data-driven treatment plans.Develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans using evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase adaptive functioning.Monitor patient progress through ongoing data collection and analysis;
