Job Coach (DSP) About BCRC: Make a meaningful difference by helping adults with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities build independence, develop skills, and achieve success through community activities, volunteer opportunities, and paid employment. As a part-time Job Coach, you will work 4 weekdays. Schedule: 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. No nights No weekends No holidays As a part-time Job Coach your pay and benefits will be: $18.40 / hour Eleven paid holidays Paid Time Off which begins accruing immediately. In this role, you will: Support participants in developing life, social, and prevocational skills both on-site and in the community. Engage participants in meaningful social and community activities, including volunteering, arts, sports and cultural events, and other community experiences. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred. Valid driver’s license. Ability to pass criminal background checks.
