Responsibilities

As a Beauty Boss, you'll be the go-to expert for all things beauty! Your charisma and passion will shine as you:

Interact with customers, providing expert advice on our premium skincare products, empowering them to achieve their beauty aspirations.

Assist customers with their tanning needs, following state and local guidelines, ensuring they leave with a radiant glow and an even brighter smile.

Be a superstar salesperson by surpassing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, unlocking fantastic commission opportunities along the way.

Maintain a clean and organized salon, ensuring each customer feels pampered and relaxed.

Handle transactions with finesse and manage daily administrative tasks like a pro.

Qualifications

Joining our fantastic team requires a few essentials:

A high school diploma or equivalent is awesome, but what truly sets you apart is your passion for the beauty industry and your genuine enthusiasm for helping others.

We welcome candidates aged 18 and above to bring their dynamic personalities to our team.

With reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends, you'll be a perfect fit for our vibrant salon schedule.

Our exciting environment requires you to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Plus, you should be able to lift up to 15 pounds without breaking a sweat.
