Requirements

• Required certification: OR
• 1+ years of experience
• Active California RN license required before start
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year minimum required 2. Cases: Ortho (total joints with/without Mako robot, spine and minor ortho), General to include GYN, Uro, ENT, Plastics, Robotics (GYN, Urology, General) 3. Certifications: BCLS required; LA fire card within last 30 days required 4. License: CA license must be in hand; no open license hits will be approved 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 1 Saturday shift in 6 week rotation; 2-3 on call shifts in 6 week rotation required 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; 7 days maximum without client approval; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Xmas Eve, Xmas Day, NYE, NYD) 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility work history with locations and dates 10. Travel/Local: Under 50 miles considered local; locals accepted at lower rate; can only submit to one Providence facility at a time 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront at time of submission 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval; self-reported completion recorded in Workramp transcripts 13. Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14. Scrubs: Any color 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Mako Surgical System mentioned for ortho cases Critical: May be required to float to Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center San Pedro.
