We welcome candidates who share our values, have the skills and are passionate to enjoy our journey to build the digital future of finance, together.****What You Will Be Doing:*** Manage end-to-end technical recruitment processes across global hiring needs.* Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand talent requirements and provide strategic recruitment support.* Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain up-to-date applicant tracking throughout the process.* Lead proactive sourcing initiatives using LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.* Conduct competency-based **interviews in English** while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.* Collaborate closely with HR-Resource Allocation and People Operation teams to ensure seamless alignment between hiring needs, recruitment delivery and onboarding readiness.* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for technical and support roles.* Monitor and keep record of recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.* Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment.**What We Are Looking For:*** Bachelor’s degree in related fields,* Minimum 3 years of experience in technical IT recruitment,* Proven experience in global hiring,* Fluent English (written and spoken),* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills,* Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to change,* Proactive, solution-oriented, and well-organized,* Experience using Workday or similar ATS systems is a plus.*About VeriPark:**We are a global technology company with more than two decades of expertise in the Financial Services industry.
