Growing together.Whole Health Solutions is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will support financial planning and analysis through month end close, forecast, long-range modeling and strategic partnership to help senior leadership develop, execute, and manage the growth and profitability of the business. This role will focus on the Behavioral solutions book of business.This position is full time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST or EST time zone.Primary Responsibilities:Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to forecastLead role in the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processesAnalyze financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers and trendsIdentify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracyParticipate in strategic planning initiatives and special projectsConduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decision-makingSupport implementation and optimization of financial systems and business intelligence solutionsProvide financial guidance and support for business initiatives, capital investments, and cost management effortsRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma / GEDMust be 18 years of age OR older2+ years of finance / accounting or systems experience in post graduate or internship experienceExperience with working collaboratively and influencing others within a matrix organizationAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling experiencePreferred Qualifications:Healthcare experienceExperience with using Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft FinancialsTelecommuting Requirements:Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacyMust live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet serviceSoft Skills:Proven ability to work independently with little supervision, prioritize work and be a self-starterProven excellent written communication skills and the ability to verbally communicate ideas clearly & confidentlyPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment.
