Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located in Eagle River, AK, this per diem pharmacist opportunity offers a meaningful role within a behavioral health inpatient environment. The assignment spans 8 to 13 weeks with potential for extension, providing stability and the chance to contribute to patient care while supporting a dedicated clinical team.

Schedule:

• Days: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• On-call evenings and possible weekends
• Orientation and training conducted 2 days prior to starting

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order entry and verification through HCS and Omnicell systems
• Conduct drug monitoring and ensure safe medication use
• Complete Omnicell checks and support automated dispensing technology
• Deliver pharmaceutical care in an acute care or behavioral health setting

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current pharmacist license and registration, including Alaska RPh Permit
• Experience in acute care or behavioral health pharmacy practice is required
• Familiarity with Omnicell automation preferred
