Travel Surgical Tech - $1,204 per week in Durango, CO

Key Responsibilities
Perform instrument assembly, decontamination, and sterilization of typical OR instrumentation
Operate ultrasonic equipment, decontamination stations, and

VPRO sterilization systems
Support a 9-suite surgical department handling Ortho, Spine, Robotic, General, Urology, Gyn, and ENT cases
Participate in on-call rotation - expected 24-hour call coverage on Saturdays and Sundays every 8 weeks, with a 30-minute response time
Adhere to facility dress code (ceil blue scrubs)
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of Sterile Processing Department (SPD) experience
Proficiency in ultrasonic equipment, decontamination, assembly, and VPRO sterilization
Active BLS certification required
Active CRCST or CBSPD certification required
Valid driver's license must be submitted
Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be eligible
Clinicians must be present in-state for the full week of orientation, even if initial modules are conducted remotely
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience with high-volume or multi-specialty surgical instrumentation
Familiarity with robotic surgical instrument processing
Experience with self-scheduling environments
