MRI Technologist - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform MRI procedures and related techniques to produce diagnostic images for physician interpretation. The technologist will prepare and position patients, provide patient instruction to reduce anxiety and obtain diagnostic quality images, operate MRI equipment according to protocol, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to support department needs. The role may require flexible hours, alternate shifts, weekend coverage, and participation in call rotations as needed to provide quality patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
• MRI advanced level certification and state licensure as required for practice in Wisconsin.
• 2 years‘ experience as an MRI Technologist.
• BLS certification.
• Experience performing MRI procedures in a hospital or trauma center environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and participate in call rotation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with 1.5T and 3T MRI scanners preferred.
• Previous experience working on multidisciplinary teams and participating in department committees.

Assignment Details

• Day shifts consisting of a mix of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts, including Saturday rotation.
• Typical shift hours include 7:00–19:00, 7:00–15:30, or 8:00–17:30.
• Call rotation shared among team on an approximately every 4–6 week schedule.
