- Knowledge and understanding of design of Air Condition & Heating systems
- Ability to multi-task, self-motivate and handle multiple projects at one time
- Reviewing project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work and project requirements.
- Developing cost estimates based on the scope of work, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborating with project managers and other team members to identify opportunities to reduce costs
- Conducting site visits to gather information and assess project requirements.
- Communicating with subcontractors and vendors to obtain pricing and availability information for materials and equipment.
- Preparing and submitting bid proposals, including detailed cost breakdowns and project timelines.
- 2-5 years' experience Construction estimating
- Must have excellent Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Word and Excel
- Proven ability to work closely and efficiently with clients and co-workers in a professional, business environment
