WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Build lasting relationships and create customers for life * Help customers find the right vehicle through a consultative sales approach * Become an expert on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles, technology, features and options * Provide professional new and pre-owned vehicle demonstrations * Follow up with customers and develop referral business * Learn effective ways to overcome objections and confidently navigate sales situations * Work with Sales Management to achieve individual and team goals * Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and your A-game every day

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

* Motivated, ambitious self-starters * Excellent communication and people skills * A strong desire to learn and grow * Professional appearance and attitude * Ability to work a flexible retail schedule * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Automotive sales experience is helpful — but not required for the right candidate
