Job Summary

Join Compass Group North America - Be Part of a Transformational Partnership with Compass Athletics!

Compass Group is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with the University of Kentucky (UK), launching July 1, 2026-and we're looking for talented individuals to help bring this innovative, integrated services model to life.

Lead HR operations and team member engagement initiatives for a dynamic hospitality environment. As the Director of Human Resources, you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and team member development while supporting operational goals and workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR leadership experience

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance

  • Experience with recruitment and employee relations

  • HR certification preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all HR functions for the location

  • Oversee recruitment and onboarding initiatives

  • Support employee relations and performance management

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

  • Develop training and engagement programs

  • Partner with operational leadership teams
