Articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure Co. Demonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environment.How You’ll ShineConduct 1v1 in-person sales presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centerEstablish commonality and build rapport with prospective owners and/or current ownersCommunicate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure and generate sales through utilizing proper closing techniquesEffectively present and deliver sales presentations in accordance with company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirementsAttend all scheduled training sessions and department meetingsKeep current on product knowledge, materials and industry trendsWhat You’ll LoveNo cold calling or prospecting - all leads are provided and prequalified by our award-winning on-site marketing teamUncapped earning potential with weekly and monthly pay incentivesPaid training program and ongoing professional developmentCompany-issued iPad, travel perks, and comprehensive benefitsConsistent 35–40 hour work weeks with two consecutive weekdays offWhat You’ll Bring1-3+ years sales and/or marketing experience is preferredCollege Degree is preferredAbility to overcome objections and perform within a short, luxury sales cycleDemonstrate a positive attitude within a high-energy environmentGeneral knowledge of smart devicesDuring the initial training period, the hourly wage is $20/HR plus commissions and bonuses.
