As a Forklift Logistics Specialist at STERIS in Rogers, MN, you’ll be the link between inventory accuracy and on-time delivery—moving materials with care, packaging with expertise, and partnering across teams to make it all come together.Role SnapshotLocation: Rogers, MNHire Type: Direct / Full-timeShift Options: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm or 11:00am–7:30pmCompensation: $20/hr + $1.50 shift differential for the 11:00am shift, plus overtime & bonus eligibilityA Day in the LifeYou’ll start by reviewing order cues and system indicators, then head out on a sit-down or reach forklift to pick and stage materials. You’ll verify part numbers and conditions, replenish production areas, and complete ERP transactions in Oracle. As trucks arrive, you’ll load or unload safely, then package and label outbound shipments—including dangerous goods and international orders (we’ll provide certifications as needed).
