Seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve functional independence and quality of life.

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

• Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
• Pay Rate: $43.80 - $51.10 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, or acute care experience preferred
• Strong patient assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and functional skills
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with professional standards and facility policies
• Promote patient independence, safety, and quality of life

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Guaranteed 35 hours per week
• Competitive pay rate of $43.80 - $51.10 per hour
