We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Jackson, MS. This full-time role involves meeting with senior clients in person to conduct needs-based consultations and deliver tailored insurance and financial service solutions. You'll play a key role in new client acquisition while maintaining relationships with existing clients in a fast-paced, rewarding environment designed for high achievers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings and needs-based consultations
- Follow up on leads promptly and effectively
- Schedule and attend client appointments
- Deliver compliant and clear sales presentations
- Manage client territory with a focus on local travel
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Guide clients through application and underwriting processes
- Balance efforts between acquiring new clients and servicing existing ones
Preferred Qualifications
- State-specific insurance license
- Expertise in needs-based selling
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Effective sales presentation and negotiation abilities
- Excellent communication and time management
- Resilience and persistence in sales environments
