Certified Medication Tech (with CNA I license)

Join our team as a Certified Medication Tech(CMTs). Our CMTs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs.
We are currently offering up to a $500 sign on bonus for CMT positions scheduled for 24+ hours per week.

- Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
- Assisting residents in activities of daily living
- Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
- Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
- Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
- Administration of medication to residents
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current, active CNA I certification for the state f Maryland
- Current, active certification for Certified Medication Technician
- Minimum of 1 year of CNA I experience required
- Minimum of 1 year of Medication Technician experience highly preferred
- Current CPR certification required.
