Day Hab Counselor - Empower Community Living

Vanderheyden Hall Inc.

A community service provider is seeking a full-time Day Habilitation Counselor to assist adults with developmental disabilities in gaining independent living skills. Responsibilities include implementing individualized habilitation programs, documenting progress, and collaborating with treatment teams. Candidates should have an associate's degree and at least two years of relevant experience. The position requires lifting abilities and intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
