About the Role We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving Store Manager to help lead our ice cream shop to sweet success! You’ll be the right-hand hero to the District Manager, keeping operations smooth, customers happy, and the vibes as fun as our flavors. What You’ll Be Doing Jumping in to help scoop, serve, and celebrate with our guests You will be front and center and be the example of One Oberweis to our guests and to your team. One vision, one direction, one team working in sync to a common goal. Leading and motivating our awesome scoop squads Delivering top-tier customer service (with extra sprinkles!) Managing shifts, schedules, and daily operations Keeping the shop sparkling clean and organized Handling inventory and making sure we never run out of fan favorites Managing shifts and daily operations Community relations and customer experience What We’re Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience (food service a plus!) A positive, upbeat attitude Strong communication and problem-solving skills Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties Manage cost controls including labor, training, and inventory. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Weekend and evening availability is a must. 55% of our sales come during the 6-9pm time frames each day.
