Lead Analyst

WhAT WE DO BlackIron collects and analyzes open source data, providing our clients with timely, accurate and actionable insights that inform critical decisions. We examine global geopolitical risk and provide a variety of daily and periodic reporting products to clients in government, national security industry, and finance. We're looking for an experienced leader to engage and build a strong working relationship with our clients and enable their success by seamlessly optimizing delivery of our capabilities, analysis and data. What YOU DO The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of progressively greater management experience with business or national security clients, is comfortable managing and growing team members, and is able to understand and explain complex analysis succinctly to senior-level decision makers. You will be responsible for coordinating, managing and overseeing delivery of finished products, maintaining a high standard of quality. You have experience as an analyst and are comfortable crafting and editing reports and briefing materials on tight timelines for serious customers. You readily collaborate across teams and manage an active product line from intake to delivery. Language capability is valued but not required. The ability to think critically, speak candidly, and work well with the team is mission critical.
