Step into a dynamic, onsite contract role with full-time hours, serving a diverse student population and collaborating with dedicated administrative and support teams.

This position involves serving across multiple elementary schools and provides the chance to collaborate closely with staff to design and implement behavior intervention plans. Your schedule will be 8:15 am to 3:45 pm, totaling 35 hours per week, from late August through the beginning of June. Flexibility is essential, as assignments may vary by location daily, and the administration will tailor caseloads to your strengths and interests during the interview.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania certification as a BCBA or LBS
• Demonstrated experience in educational settings, particularly elementary schools
• Familiarity with creating and managing behavior plans and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability for working across multiple buildings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Support teachers and staff by providing consultative strategies and in-class guidance
• Travel between different elementary locations as scheduled
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment for students with diverse behavioral needs
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring reports
