Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse Ontario Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to work for our 98‑bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Canandaigua, NY. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a pleasant demeanor. We now offer $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus and base pay of $28‑30 per hour, with an additional $0.50 shift differential for evenings and nights. Daily Pay is available through a trusted third‑party provider. Travel reimbursement for gas and tolls is provided. Administering medications and injections to residents as needed. Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores as needed. May be required to supervise certified nursing assistants (CNAs). Assisting residents with dressing and personal hygiene. Monitoring residents’ food and liquid intake and output. Requirements Must be able to work as a team member. Valid NY state LPN license.
