Position: The Night Auditor plays an important role in keeping resort operations running smoothly overnight by balancing financial accuracy while being attentive to guest service requests. This role is responsible for reviewing and reconciling daily transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overnight guest needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently. Primary Responsibilities: Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Ensure a smooth and efficient arrival and departure experience. Share accurate information about resort services, facilities, and policies. Anticipate guest needs and recognize individual preferences. Communicate clearly and professionally with other departments to support seamless operations. Address guest concerns with discretion and empathy, finding thoughtful and effective solutions. Respond promptly to guest inquiries across various communication channels. Work efficiently and confidently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. Accurately manage cashiering, payments, and billing processes. Coordinate special requests and ensure proper follow-through. Protect guest privacy and maintain the confidentiality of all guest information. Stay organized throughout each shift, prioritizing tasks and following up as needed. Maintain a polished, professional appearance consistent with luxury hospitality standards. Perform nightly audits of guest and resort accounts, reviewing, posting, and reconciling daily financial transactions. Generate and distribute required nightly financial and operational reports. Assist with guest transportation as needed. Complete daily departmental checklists and follow established procedures. Support Front Desk operations and additional responsibilities as directed by Paws Up Leadership. Supportive Functions and Responsibility: Display Paws Up Montana values and standards. Always demonstrate professionalism and hospitality to guests and team members. Handle guest transactions legally, ethically, and confidentially. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster and promote a positive working environment. Always maintain a clean and neat appearance. Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner. We are looking for team members: Reliable, responsible, and dependable. Hold a valid driver’s license and have at least two years of driving experience required. Professional, welcoming, and passionate about providing exceptional guest service.
