Annual Salary: $200,000-$250,000 + bonus Location: Brownsville, Miami (next to Miami Airport) Schedule: Monday-Friday in office Why This Opportunity Stands Out Annual salary: $200,000-$250,000 + bonus Direct access to the CEO and ownership group with significant influence on business decisions. Exposure to banking, treasury, insurance, operational finance, and executive decision-making. Bonus structure with potential long-term incentive participation. Key Responsibilities for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Oversee financial reporting, analysis, audit coordination, and cost control initiatives. Manage treasury activities and banking relationships. Direct insurance programs and vendor relationships, including workers’ compensation and fleet coverage. Partner with executive leadership on operational and strategic financial initiatives. Lead, mentor, and support a team of approximately 6 in accounting. Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a hands-on environment. Strong background in accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and operational finance. Experience managing banking and insurance relationships and negotiations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
