Ive been affiliated with State Farm since 1985 and have proudly served as an agent since 2000. As a second-generation agent, this business is something I truly value, and I bring decades of experience and commitment to both my customers and team.

Im a graduate of SUNY Brockport with a Bachelor of Science degree. Our office is also dog-friendly, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment for both team members and visitors.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Raymond Haynes - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
