HOTWORX Grimes is looking for a high-energy, outgoing, and motivated Fitness Sales Associate to join our growing team.

This is more than a front desk job. You’ll help introduce new clients to HOTWORX, grow our membership, build relationships with members, and create an experience that keeps people excited to come back.

If you’re confident, goal-driven, great with people, and love being part of an energetic team, this could be the perfect fit.

About HOTWORX:

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts inside our patented infrared saunas, along with a functional training area.

Our mission: More Workout. Less Time. Real Results.

What You’ll Do..

Give engaging studio tours and turn prospects into members
Sell memberships, upgrades, and retail products
Connect with leads through calls, texts, and follow-up
Work toward individual and studio sales goals
Build relationships and provide an exceptional member experience
Help create social media content and promote HOTWORX locally
Participate in community outreach, events, and partnerships
Keep the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
Assist with daily studio operations and member needs
Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and role-playing

Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but personality, drive, and willingness to learn are just as important.We provide training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Staffed Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM–8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
