Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Insurance Agent will work with a State Farm Agent to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate insurance and financial products, and manage ongoing customer relationships. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting consultations, providing quotes, explaining coverage options, processing applications, and assisting with policy changes and claims inquiries. The role involves proactive outreach, follow‑up, and cross‑selling to ensure customers have comprehensive protection, as well as maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory and company standards. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with the office team to support business growth and deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience. Qualifications Insurance Sales and Insurance skills to effectively advise customers and match coverage to their needs. Insurance Brokerage and Insurance knowledge to navigate multiple product lines and policy options. Finance skills to discuss basic financial concepts and connect insurance products to long‑term goals. Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and build lasting relationships. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and inclusive approach. Proven ability to work in a goal‑driven environment and manage time and priorities effectively. Comfort with technology, including CRM systems, online quoting tools, and standard office software. Relevant state insurance licenses (or ability to obtain them within required timelines).
