Experience leading technical teams to resolve issues in at-scale machine learning and smart bidding products. Experience using SQL to perform data analysis and make informed product decisions. In this role, you will work on exciting machine learning and bidding problems that power advertisements across all YouTube surfaces, including In-Stream, Shorts, Feeds, on mobile, TV, and desktop devices. US: $163000 - $237000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits Responsibilities Develop deep insights into advertiser and user behavior on YouTube to inform product strategy. Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for improving bidding algorithms and machine learning models. Optimize the YouTube Ads marketplace to drive long-term advertiser value and revenue. Partner with engineering and data science teams to solve technical challenges in the prediction and bidding stack.
