Full-time stylists enjoy an average effective wage of $25–$35 per hour, including base pay, performance incentives, and tips, with starting wages of $16.75–$17.35 per hour. \n Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
\n
• The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
\n
• The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don't worry, training is provided)
\n
• The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
