Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting high school students as a long-term substitute, providing speech-language services from the start of the academic year through November. Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility in Connecticut).
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) considered.
• Prior experience in pediatrics, school settings, or healthcare environments.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and individualized intervention planning.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting high school populations is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to high school students in alignment with their IEPs.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families for comprehensive student support.
• Maintain thorough, compliant records and documentation.
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development, as needed.
• Support students’ academic and social success through evidence-based interventions.
